Red Robin opened Monday in the Mill Creek Square shopping center.
The 228-seat Red Robin at 2350 Lincoln Highway East, Suite 900, is the first Lancaster County location for the restaurant chain that features gourmet burgers served with all-you-can-eat steak fries. It also has chicken sandwiches, salads and entrees.
The 6,500-square-foot restaurant will have about 110 employees. It was built at a cost of nearly $2.4 million and is owned by Lehigh Valley Restaurant Group, which owns and operates 17 other Red Robins.
Red Robin, which began in Colorado in 1969, now has more than 430 locations in North America.
