Damon Kimble is a forward thinking; solutions-oriented leader with a 20+ year record of exemplary innovation and effectiveness in restaurant systems and operations. Damon is committed to understanding and serving the changing needs of the Lehigh Valley, developing his talented team of leaders, and making a difference in the community. He devises and implements efficient, productive, and guest enhancing systems and engages his team to have fun while providing delicious top quality food, service, health, safety, and cleanliness.
June 2017 marks Damon’s 10 year anniversary with The Lehigh Valley Restaurant Group. Like most successful Restaurant Executives, Damon worked his way up. At age 16, he was a Dishwasher and Baker. Next, he managed the operations of a local Mom and Pop Restaurant; then a Fine Dining Restaurant and Room Service and then a Barbeque Restaurant’s Kitchen.
Damon started with The Lehigh Valley Restaurant Group as a Kitchen Manager at the Red Robin, Dickson City location. After 6 months, he became General Manager earning his first of many promotions. After 1.5 years, he was promoted to GM of the Red Robin in Easton, PA which doubles as a corporate Training Restaurant. After another year and a half, Damon earned promotion to Executive GM, overseeing operations at Dickson City and Wilkes Barre. Nine months later, he achieved oversight of his 3rd, the Easton Red Robin. A year later, he rose to Regional Manager and added the Hamburg location, then Allentown and soon 3 more. In August of 2016, he gained oversight of 2 more restaurants for a total of 10 and promotion to his current role as Senior Regional Operations Director and Head of Marketing.

Damon’s Region leads the Red Robin family in many measurable areas. His outstanding leadership has developed several GMs to the elite level of President’s Club, for the highest performing GMs throughout the entire Red Robin system. Both of LVRG’s 2016 GMs of the Year hailed from Damon’s region. Damon and his team were honored with Red Robin’s corporate 2016 ‘Safer for Being Here’ award for having the highest system-wide health, cleanliness, and safety scores from unannounced 3rd party auditors.
Damon is one of the 2016 recipients of the Lehigh Valley Business “Forty under 40” award which acknowledges Greater Lehigh Valley’s most accomplished young businesspeople who make headlines in their field and share a commitment to the community, business growth, and professional excellence.
