Are Red Robin’s Burgers as Good as They Say?

You’ve all heard about how good Red Robin’s “gourmet burgers” are (heck – it’s even in their name). And I’m sure some of you have been a little skeptical (Gourmet? Really?), but have no fear – their burgers really are awesome.

With 12 different options like the Sauteed ‘Shroom Burger, the Pot Roast Burger, and the Chili Chili Cheeseburger, who wouldn’t be tempted to indulge? Their best-selling one (according to our waitress) is the one that started it all – the Red Robin Gourmet Cheeseburger, where you choose your own cheese. And the best part is that all of the burgers come with the restaurant’s signature “Bottomless Steak Fries” (meaning you never have to stop eating their specially-seasoned thick-cut fries).

If you’re not a beef lover, however, there are plenty of other classic American options on the menu. There’s a nice selection of sandwiches (like the Whiskey River BBQ Chicken and the Garden Burger), entrées (like Arctic Cod Fish & Chips and Chicken Parmigiano Pasta), salads (like the Southwest Grilled Chicken and the Avo-Cobb-O), and soups (like the yummy Baked Potato).

And if you’re hungry, try the Towering Onion Rings appetizer. It’s quite the architectural treat, with 13 rings and Campfire Sauce and Ranch for dipping.

My meal: Artichoke and Spinach Dip and a Bleu Ribbon Burger (steak sauce, bleu cheese, onion straws, and chipotle mayo). The burger was so good, I was sad when it was over. And our waitress was lovely, so I have to go with a 5/5.
