HAMBURG, PA, May 10, 2011 J.G. Petrucci Co., Inc. (JGPCO), one of the New Jersey and Pennsylvania region’s most respected development and design/build organizations, recently acquired a 1.91 acre tract of land located next to Cabela’s in Hamburg, Pennsylvania. JGPCO is leasing the land to Red Robin and recently obtained full development approvals for a 5,867 sq. ft., 212 seat restaurant. The new Red Robin restaurant is slated to open in the Winter of 2011. Costas Hrousis of Veraxia Commercial Real Estate Solutions represented JGPCO for the acquisition of the property and ground lease to Red Robins.
Greg Rogerson of JGPCO stated, “We are excited that Red Robin has selected our Hamburg, PA property for its newest restaurant location.” He further added, “It is a great credit to Tilden Township that we were able to get this project underway given the many moving parts surrounding it.”
